He started Holcombe Associates to pass on his skills, knowledge and expertise to business owners who need it to help them successfully navigate their business journeys.

James has more than 25 years’ experience as a company director and starting, growing and selling his own successful enterprises.
He has vast experience of both B2C and B2B, with a strong track record of delivering growth and creating value in his own businesses and the clients he’s worked with.
This personal insight gives James the insight and understanding of what drives business owners, the pressures they face, and the advice and support they need to achieve their ambitions.
James also has first-hand experience with family businesses and understands the unique challenges and benefits that exist.
